My approach to movement is rooted in classical ballet training and supported by Pilates.

Rather than following trends, I focus on precision, control, and long-term strength. Movement should not only look good, it should feel right and support your body over time.

I offer private, group, and on-demand sessions. Each class is designed to build strength, improve control, and develop a deeper understanding of movement, tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Meet Barbara

Barbara Scott’s journey with movement began early. At 12, she moved to Antwerp to train at the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp, where she graduated and later danced with the Junior Ballet of Antwerp.

During her training, private coaching played an important role, allowing her to refine her technique and develop a deeper understanding of her body. Along the way, she attended international intensives, exploring different approaches to strength, precision, and artistry.

After her ballet career, Barbara began studying physiotherapy, before choosing to fully dedicate herself to teaching movement. Having practiced Pilates from a young age, she later completed multiple Pilates certifications, alongside further education in anatomy and injury prevention.

Today, she works with both dancers and non-dancers, helping them move with more awareness, strength, and control.

Her approach is simple: with the right guidance, consistency, and attention to detail, every body can develop strength, confidence, and ease in movement.
